Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th, for all sales that closed and were paid in the previous month. We only pay on confirmed paid orders — no chargebacks or refunds count.
Can I also use contractor pricing?
Yes! Affiliate commissions and contractor pricing are separate. You can earn your contractor discount on your own orders AND earn 5% on orders you refer from others.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No cap. The more you refer, the more you earn. Some of our top affiliates earn $500+ per month.
How do I track my referrals?
You will receive a unique affiliate code. All orders placed with your code are tracked in your affiliate dashboard. You can see pending and paid commissions at any time.
What if a customer returns their order?
If an order is refunded, the commission is reversed. We only pay on closed paid sales that stay paid.
