All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.
Contractor Accounts
Contractor pricing is available to verified licensed contractors. We reserve the right to verify contractor status and revoke contractor pricing if eligibility requirements are not met. Contractor pricing is not transferable.
Limitation of Liability
Ark Screening and Aluminum Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, Florida courts.
