30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Screen material rolls must not be unrolled or cut
- Hardware must be in sealed bags
- Custom-cut items are non-returnable
- Clearance/sale items are final sale
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different size or color. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for shipping cost differences.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@arkorlando.com or call 321-462-3779 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange local drop-off.
