Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $500. Orders under $500 ship via UPS with rates calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Absolutely. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Most orders are ready within 1-2 hours during business hours.
How do I apply for contractor pricing?
Call us at 321-462-3779 or email support@arkorlando.com with your contractor license number. We'll set up your account within 24 hours.
What screen material do you recommend for pool cages?
For most Florida pool enclosures, we recommend Phifer Super Screen. It's 3x stronger than fiberglass and lasts 10-15 years. Check our Screen Material Comparison Guide for details.
Do you sell to homeowners or just contractors?
