Free Shipping

Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, with rates calculated at checkout based on package size. Screen rolls and oversized items are available for local pickup only at our Orlando showroom.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

• UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Orlando showroom: 4455 Dardanelle Drive, Suite D, Orlando, FL 32808. Most orders are ready within 1-2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm EST).

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized items (screen doors, large aluminum pieces) may require freight shipping. We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply before processing your order.
